Application and Usage
It is colorless liquid, highly volatile, soluble in benzene, ether and other organic solvents with stable property. It is mainly used for the synthesis of organosilane and alkyl, aryl and organic functional group chlorosilane. It is the basic monomer in the coupling agent of organosilane, and also the raw material for the production of semiconductor silicon and monocrystalline silicon.
Package, Storage and Handling

Store in cool, dry, well - ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Storage temperature should not exceed 25℃ . The packing must be sealed away from moisture. It should be stored separately from oxidizer, acid and alkali, and should not be mixed. Explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities are adopted. Do not use mechanical equipment and tools that may cause sparks. The storage areas shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment. Pay attention to moisture-proof, sun-proof and fire-proof during transportation. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package.
