Application and Usage

It has a suffocating smell. When meets water, it decomposes to produce a lot of heat, and generates silicic acid and hydrochloric acid. Easily miscible with benzene, ether, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, tin tetrachloride and petroleum ether, soluble in hydrocarbons and their halogenates without decomposition. It can be used to synthesize fumed silica, silicone compound, silicon monomer, silicone oil, silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicate esters, etc.

Package, Storage and Handling

ISO Tank Package.
Store in a cool, dry, well - ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. The packing must be sealed away from moisture. It should be separated from oxidizer, alkali, alcohol, etc., do not mix storage. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment plan. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package.
