Application

It can be used as a structural control agent for silicone rubber and a finishing agent for fabrics with good smoothness and seam performance of polyester threads, high temperature resistance and anti-static properties. It can be used for the anti-sticking treatment of high-grade paper, and a waterproof, soft and anti-sticking agent for fabric, leather and paper.

Usage and Dosage

For silicone rubber application, the dosage is around 1.5-2.5%. When used for release paper, it must be fixed with a coupling agent. Generally, the amount of curing agent accounts for 3 to 5% of the base material, and the coupling agent accounts for 0.5-1% of the base material. In most cases, first dilute the base material 10 times with a solvent, then add the curing agent and coupling agent, stir evenly, and coat it on the surface of the substrate, and cure at room temperature or heating. It takes more than 30 minutes at room temperature, and 30 seconds at 120-150¡ãC.

Package, Storage and Handling

N.W 200KG/Steel drum, or N.W. 1000KG/IBC.
Store at room temperature and ventilated dry place and prevent from water, heat and fire. Keep away from alkali and acids substances. It is non ¨Ctoxic and non-hazardous substance. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package.
